Join us for an exciting summer of golf! Our camps are designed to help young golfers develop their skills and passion for the game through fun and engaging activities.

Junior Tennis Programming at WSC

Discovering the Joy of Golf (Ages 6-9)

Monday: Introduction to Golf

  • Learn golf etiquette and basic rules
  • Introduce chipping, putting, and full swing techniques
  • Engage in fun activities using Top Tracer technology

Tuesday: Developing a Love for the Game

  • Understand golf scoring and identify favorite aspects of the game
  • Participate in putting, chipping, and closest-to-the-pin competitions
  • Play on our short game Par 3 course and engage in Top Tracer tournaments
  • Enjoy 15 minutes of exercise every hour

Wednesday: Mastering the Short Game

  • Learn advanced chipping techniques and green reading skills
  • Compete in the Par 3 tournament (3 flights, 5 players per group, 9 holes)
  • Top 5 players advance to Thursday's Semi-Final round
  • Engage in games on the short game Par 3 course and Top Tracer

Thursday: Precision and Power

  • Practice 2-putt game on the putting green
  • Engage in target iron practice using Top Tracer's unique bulls-eye feature
  • Participate in the Fairway Finder game and longest drive competition
  • Round 2 of the Par 3 challenge

Friday: Championship Day

  • Focus on short game and Top Tracer activities
  • Practice repetitive pitch shots and simulated hole close-outs
  • Learn to read greens using alignment sticks
  • Compete in a putting competition with 5 stations (3-15 feet)
  • Determine the Camp Champion on the short game Par 3 course

Elevating Your Golf Game (Ages 10-14)

Monday: Course Management and Technology

  • Learn course management, club distances, and selection
  • Use Top Tracer technology to play virtual golf courses worldwide
  • Engage in individual challenges and Ryder Cup-style team tournaments
  • Compete with campers of similar skill levels

Tuesday: Effective Practice Routines

  • Develop driving range routines and proper warm-up techniques
  • Practice various shot types (pitch, wedge, punch, half, cut-off, and full shots)
  • Learn golf course management and emotional control

Wednesday: Mastering Iron Play

  • Compete in the Iron Competition using even/odd clubs on Par 3s
  • Practice different iron ball flights (fades, draws, low, and high shots)
  • Hit a variety of wood and driver shots
  • Participate in Round 1 of the Par 3 tournament (3 flights, 5 players per group, 9 holes)
  • Engage in games and match play using Shot Tracer technology

Thursday: Driving Excellence

  • Learn advanced techniques for driving the golf ball
  • Understand hole layout and optimal second shot placement
  • Compete in Round 2 of the Par 3 challenge at Torrey Pines, North Course (Top Tracer)
  • Top 2 players advance to Championship Friday
  • Participate in match play tournament and closest-to-the-pin contest

Friday: Skill Refinement and Championship

  • Practice ball flight drills with each club
  • Introduce weighted clubs and improvement equipment
  • Compete in long drive and closest-to-the-pin competitions
  • Determine the Par 3 Challenge Champion through stroke play
