Pickleball Court Reservations (2024 Fall Season: Through 12/29/24)
Reserve one of our premier pickleball courts in Woodinville, WA. Enjoy playing in our top-notch facilities with friends and family. Our pickleball courts are available for booking throughout the week.
Court Reservation Details
- $25+tax per hour
- Weekends: Saturday 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM (4 courts: E-H on Court #8)
- Weekdays:
- Tuesday & Thursday 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM (4 courts: E-H on Court #8)
- Monday-Thursday 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM (4 courts: E-H on Court #8)
- Friday 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM (4 courts: E-H on Court #8)
Important Notes
A minimum of a Court & Range Access Pass is required (annual fee of $120+tax). The passholder must book and be present. Up to four players per court (Note: member will be charged $5+tax per player per court booking hour, exceeding the four player max). No outside instruction/coaching, third party programs, collection of fees in excess of stated court booking rates, or tournaments allowed. Guests are free of charge but must complete a guest waiver form. All players (members and guests) must check-in at the Front Desk. Lastly, for a limited period of time, members are allowed to book up to two courts per booking hour (more allowed if approved by management).
*All bookable courts and open play sessions will be subject to cancellation 24 hours in advance if there are not enough bookings or registrations. Additionally, per club policy and membership agreement, all reservations and event registrations (e.g. Open Play, Socials, etc.) must be cancelled 24 hours in advance for rescheduling consideration or refunds (as credit on account). Available times and booking restrictions are subject to change based on demand and availability.

- $15/person per session
- Weekends:
- Saturday 2:30 PM - 5:00 PM (32 spots: Courts A-H)
- Saturday 7:30 PM - 10:00 PM (32 spots: Courts A-H)
- Sunday 5:00 PM - 7:30 PM (32 spots: Courts A-H)
- Weekdays (2024 Fall Session 2: Through 11/10/24):
- Monday & Wednesday 8:00 PM - 10:30 PM (16 spots: Courts A-D)
- Tuesday & Thursday 10:30 AM - 1:00 PM (16 spots: Courts A-D)
- Tuesday & Thursday 8:00 PM - 10:30 PM (16 spots: Courts A-D)

$15 fee requires a Class Registration Pass (annual fee of $50). Online registration is recommended for a guaranteed spot. $20 for non-passholder drop-ins, but drop-in spots are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. All players (members and guests) must check-in at the Front Desk. Additionally, all guests must complete a guest waiver form.

Book a Private Event in Our Pickleball Dome
Cost will vary based on day and time requested. Tournaments and instruction are not allowed unless explicitly permitted by WSC Management. Reserve by emailing pickleball@woodinvillesportsclub.com (full dome reservations cannot be made through the Front Desk or CourtReserve at this time).
