Summer Camps 2024
FAQs
Do I need to commit to the entire summer?
You do not need to commit for the whole summer. We understand that the summer can be hectic, so we offer week-by-week registration for your convenience.
How many registrants are needed for the camp to run?
All camps have a 3-registrant minimum to ensure the quality of camps, the level of enjoyment for campers, and to cover the cost of operations. As registration is open to families until the Friday before camps start, families will be notified if the camp has to be canceled due to a lack of registration.
How do AM/PM camps work?
For the convenience of parents in mind, WSC offers half-day camps that can be coupled together or on their own.
Most AM Camps are for our younger age groups, while most PM Camps are for tweens.
AM: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
PM: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
How do I cancel my registration for a camp week?
You may cancel your enrollment online using your WSC account or via the CourtReserve app.
NOTE: Members/Passholders must cancel a camp week at least 30 days in advance of the session start to receive balance credit on their account. This policy applies regardless of illness, injury, or personal circumstances.

What are the different camps?
We offer a diverse range of choices to suit every child's interests. Tennis, Golf, and “Arts & Recreation Adventure” camps are available for age groups 6-12. We also offer tennis camps for twelve and over.
Sports: Tennis, Golf, and Field Sports.
Arts: Arts & Crafts, Field Sports with an exploration of Nature.
What are the counselor: kid ratios?
For tennis camps, it will be up to 6 kids per net with at least 1 coach. For all other camps, there is at least 1 lead counselor for 7 kids and an additional assistant for 8 kids and more.
What do we need to bring?
Kids are required to bring their own snacks/lunches. We ask that participants arrive in athletic shoes and comfortable clothing, in addition to personal sun-block and hand sanitizer. We occasionally provide fun snacks, so please note any dietary restrictions upon registration.
Do you provide early drop-off?
The early drop-off in the morning begins at 8:45 AM and in the afternoon at 12:45 PM. We do encourage pick-up to be as prompt as possible but have a lobby observed by the front desk just in case.
Are you FSA Eligible?
