Professional Tennis Development in the Heart of the PNW
Tier 1 Performance Tennis Academy was co-founded by Filipp Pogostkin and his partners Eric Diaz and Jason Leavitt during the challenging times of COVID.
Filipp, a leader in junior development in the Pacific Northwest and former director of a USTA training center, embarked on a journey that would redefine tennis coaching and development. His vision led him to California, where he met Eric and Jay. Together, they shared a singular passion: to create a tennis academy that excels in every aspect. The formula was straightforward yet powerful – quality coaching, attention to the smallest detail, and an unwavering commitment to the player.
Tier 1 Performance offers weekly training classes as part of our 5 week sessions and has an elite after school and full time training academy.
