WSC Updated Court Booking Guide

WSC Members - We are moving to ONE reservation type for tennis bookings moving forward.  It is called “Tennis Court Booking (V)”.  The (V) stands for variable as you can pick 30, 60, or 90 minute duration at time of booking. 

Three additional reminders:

  • Your reservation will not go through if it creates a 30 minute gap on the scheduler.  We are doing this to maximize court availability for all our members and passholders.

  • You must add other players’ names, including guests (non-members), to your reservation and pay the fee ($10) per guest 24 hours before your playing time.  Inside 24 hours, you must inform and pay the Front Desk. 

  • Any type of passholder or member does NOT have to pay the guest fee (this includes Class Registration Pass, Court & Range Access Pass, and All Access Pass). If a guest plans to play at WSC five times per year or more, it’s advantageous to purchase at least the Class Registration Pass for under $5/month.

How to book a court:

1. Find your desired time on the tennis court scheduler

2. Under Reservation Type there will be only one option:  Tennis Court Booking (V)

3. Pick your duration: 30, 60, or 90 minutes

Add players [DESKTOP]

4. Add members [DESKTOP]: If you are playing with an existing member or passholder, please enter their names under Additional Player(s) (optional*)

5a. Add guests [DESKTOP]: If you are bringing guests (non-members), pick the desired number in the # of Guest(s) drop down (1-3 max guests per reservation)

5b. Add guests [DESKTOP]: Enter the first and last names (required) of each guest and their phone number (optional*)

Add players [MOBILE]

4a. Add members [MOBILE]: If you are playing with an existing member or passholder, tap the reservation holder’s name under Player(s) to open the member search widget

4b. Add members [MOBILE]: Search and add existing member(s) or passholder(s)

5a. Add guests [MOBILE]: If you are bringing guests (non-members), pick the desired number in the # of Guest(s) drop down (1-3 max guests per reservation)

5b. Add guests [MOBILE]: Enter the first and last names (required) of each guest and their phone number (optional*)

*IMPORTANT:  Steps #4 & #5  are optional to secure the reservation, but the reserving member must add the other members and guests to their reservation in CourtReserve 24 hours prior to playing.  If inside the 24 hour period, the reserving member must provide all names of other members or guests when checking in (which is now required).  Guest fees will be collected at that time if necessary.

7. Click Save

8. On the next screen, confirm that all your information and payment method are correct

9. Click Pay

Additional Notes

  • Any type of passholder or member does NOT have to pay the guest fee (this includes Class Registration Pass, Court & Range Access Pass, and All Access Pass).

  • WSC Staff will be monitoring courts to ensure the number of players on the court match what is in the reservation.

  • Members or passholders who violate these rules to avoid guest fees or take advantage of court usage may be fined and/or lose booking privileges.

Booking Pickleball Court Instructions

Pickleball will follow the same instructions above, except the following:

  • The Reservation Type will be ”Pickleball (60m)”

  • You can only book Pickleball courts for 60 minutes

  • The guest fee for Pickleball is $5+tax
