WSC Autoenrollment Agreement (Adult Tennis)

Terms of Auto-Enrollment:
1. Commitment: You are purchasing a spot in the program that is yours.
2. Session Dates: The auto-enrollment policy covers all sessions until you opt out.
3. Opt-Out Option: If you wish to opt out of auto-enrollment for any future session, email autoenrollment@woodinvillesportsclub.com at least 4 weeks prior to the start of the next session.
4. Payments: The club will automatically charge your account on Sunday, 4 weeks prior to the start of each new session. (I.e., the day before clubwide session registration launch.) For late (mid-session) autoenrollees, the club will charge your account for the session in progress the day the autoenrollment request is processed.
5. Credits for Missed Classes: No refunds will be offered for missed classes. This includes absences due to illness, travel, or other personal reasons. We will evaluate special circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Traditional sickness is not a special circumstance
6. Confirmation: Your spot will be confirmed via email once you have opted in.
7. Non-Participation: If you do not wish to participate in auto-enrollment, you may register manually via the regular first come, first served process. WSC reserves the right to discontinue a player's enrollment at any time based on the coaches' assessment of their fit within the program.
8. Class withdrawal: You may withdraw from a class you’ve been autoenrolled in per WSC’s cancellation policy (up to 24 hours prior to class start, for credit back to your account). Please note WSC management retains the right to decline future autoenrollment privileges to players who have withdrawn from autoenrolled classes.
