Intro to Tennis

Level: Beginner

For players with little to no tennis experience or instruction. In this class, players will learn the five basic strokes, proper grip techniques, and basic footwork. These foundational skills are essential for progressing in the sport of tennis.

Shot Spotlight

Level: NTRP 2.5-3.5

Series focused on mastering one specific shot each week. Each class breaks down the technique, offering a deep dive into form and execution. Entirely dedicated to the featured shot for that session. No point play included, just technical improvement and practice.

Technique & Live Ball

Level: NTRP 2.5 advanced-3.5

Small group class that offers technique-focused instruction with coach-fed drills followed by the opportunity to apply the lesson in a champion/challenger style scrimmage. We recommend pairing a Patterns & Point Play class with a Technique & Live Ball class.

Patterns & Point Play

Level: NTRP 2.5 advanced-3.5

Designed for players eager to train hard and hit a lot of balls, this class focuses on continuous rallying and player-fed/served points. You'll engage in fast-paced drills, working on both consistency and competitive play. We recommend pairing a Patterns & Point Play class with a Technique & Live Ball class.

USTA Training

Level: NTRP 2.5 advanced-4.0

Training sessions for competitive players participating in USTA leagues and tournaments. With a player:court ratio of 4:1, these sessions provide a customized blend of drilling, technique, strategy, and uninterrupted coached matchplay for levels 2.5 advanced & above.
